“Some unexpected but
exciting additional benefits
were learning new things
about nourishing my body
for good health from Nancy,
exchanging healthy eating
tips with others in class,
having great energy, and
of course losing 8 pounds!”

"I was born and raised in South Bend and moved to the west coast of the United States in the early 1970’s. It was the start of the Whole Food/Slow Food movement and it was an exciting time to be learning about food and healthful living. I feel there are many healthy ways to eat and believe everyone must find the most healthful diet that works for them. We are always learning. My passions include food in all forms... planting, organic growing, preparing, eating and providing food for others in fun and celebratory fashion. I love the earth connection to healthful living.

My nutrition therapy expertise includes insulin resistance, cancer, heart disease, food allergy, gluten intolerance, detoxing and fasting, vegetarianism and gastrointestinal issues. I look forward to helping you find your joy, peace and health with food."
