Body scan meditation is widely used to connect us with our bodies in a nonjudgmental and nurturing way. 


Body scan meditation has been documented for decades as a wonderful way to address physical complaints including chronic pain, but is also an effective meditation for anxiety and depression. 

Stacey McConnell will lead you through a slow meditative scanning of your body. 


This will be practiced lying on the floor, so please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or blanket.
