MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS
For those who have already attended the Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation class, this session will include more in-depth discussion about body, mind and thought awareness and how they work together to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
This session, led by Stacey McConnell, will include a guided meditation and a period of meditative silence.
In Next Steps, we will spend time exploring and problem-solving common barriers to establishing a productive meditation practice. There will also be an opportunity for reflection and questions.
