Discovering you’re pregnant can be quite an emotional experience—shock, excitement…the slow realization that your life is about to change. It can be quite thrilling and terrifying all at the same time!

But, hey, can we be real for a moment? The thought of this whole bringing-a-new-life-into-the-world thing can be a bit intimidating. In fact, it can be downright nerve-wracking! This potent mix of emotions can leave you wondering:

“I’m pregnant! Now, what??? What’s next? How do I have a healthy pregnancy?”

 

You schedule appointments. You talk to friends. You call your mom. Or you don’t call your mom. You have a million questions. There’s a flood of advice, but it’s difficult to sort through. And we haven’t even brought up the internet yet.

You start with a simple Google search and emerge hours later, head spinning with all the information that’s out there, a lot of which is contradictory!

How do you know what information to trust?

Every pregnancy is unique so, which information is right for you?

We created these pregnancy and childbirth classes with you in mind.

 

Each pregnancy is unique but all can benefit from the education we provide. In these classes, open to the entire community, we share relevant insights that serve to enrich your prenatal and childbirth experience, increase your confidence, and help your baby to thrive.

 

PHA’s holistic prenatal education is grounded in the combined expertise of our integrated medical team of MDs, nurse practitioners, our whole food nutritionist, exercise physiologist, nurses, and HolisticHealth & wellness coaches.

 

PHA’s founders, Drs. Uthman and Susan Cavallo, led a practice-wide collaboration to develop the material we’ll be bringing to you in these classes.

Your team of class instructors is specially equipped to tackle a wide variety of prenatal and childbirth subjects.
