Who is Acts2Thrive For?
Maybe you recognize yourself here:
-
Your spiritual life is sincere, but not steady. Quiet time with God gets squeezed out by everything urgent.
-
Your emotions ride between numb and overwhelmed, and stress spills over into your body and relationships.
-
Your body is asking for care—sleep, movement, nourishment—but you’re not sure where to begin.
-
You feel lonely in your struggle, even if you’re surrounded by people.
-
You may be juggling work, kids, caregiving, and health challenges—or just have a nagging sense that your dreams, passions, and purpose are slipping through your fingers…Deep down, you sense that God has more for you, but you can’t see the path to getting there.
-
You may feel like life is “too much” and that you just can’t handle one more thing.
Acts2Thrive was created for people exactly like you…

Acts2Thrive is for...
The Overloaded Household Anchor
Most days you wake up already tired, racing from task to task while trying to hold work, faith, and family together, and anything resembling prayer, movement, or rest gets squeezed into whatever crumbs of time are left. You fall into bed feeling guilty and behind in every area, wondering if you’ll ever catch up.
When your days are packed from sunrise to bedtime, it’s easy to believe deep rest, consistent movement, and unhurried time with God are luxuries you can’t afford. Yet the overload you’re carrying is slowly eroding your energy, your patience, and the culture of your home.
Acts2Thrive gives you a simple, Christ‑centered framework to reorder your week around what truly matters—so you can care for your body, calm your emotions, and lead your family from a place of grounded peace instead of pressure and urgency. (Click here to learn more.)

Acts2Thrive is for...
The Silent Warrior
Most days, you wake up already doing mental math: How bad is the pain? How heavy is the fatigue? What can you cancel if your body doesn’t cooperate?
You plan every day around pain, fatigue, or unpredictable symptoms. Trying to piece together advice from specialists, the internet, social media, and well-meaning friends is exhausting. You trust God but feel worn down, with a sense that your spiritual and emotional health are being neglected and you can tell that your weightiness is impacting your relationships. You often feel isolated because most people don’t understand what you go through.
Acts2Thrive offers a doctor-informed, 5-Domain roadmap that helps you lower your overall “stress load,” listen to your body with compassion, and build small, sustainable habits that help you steward your energy and expand what’s possible. You feel seen as a whole person and supported by a Christ-centered community. (Click here to learn more.)

Acts2Thrive is for...
The Restless & Discontent Dreamer
You are a multi-passionate, big-hearted creative or simply an individual who feels a restlessness and discontent with the current status quo. You sense that a new opportunity is coming — career changes, creative work, ministry, or family decisions — and your life isn’t quite where you’d like it to be.
Your mind is crowded with ideas: books you want to write, degrees you might pursue, businesses you might start, ways you could serve. You listen to podcasts, take notes, map out plans and then find yourself stuck in the same place months later.
Living in this “almost” space can drain your emotional and physical energy just as much as overwork does. Without a framework for discerning a path forward, you can feel lost, conflicted and stressed out. Acts2Thrive gives you clear steps for how to discover and live in alignment with your purpose. (Click here to learn more.)

Acts2Thrive is for...
The Stuck & Discouraged Wellness Seeker
You can name your patterns, trauma, and triggers and have absorbed years of sermons, books, and podcasts, yet your daily life still slips back into the same cycles of dysfunction. Although you may be self-aware, “knowing better” hasn’t made change any easier.
The thing is, insight without structure and a clear path forward is ineffectual. Acts2Thrive gives you a concrete success path for growth, evidence-based tools, and a supportive, Christ-centered community. (Click here to learn more.)

Acts2Thrive Program Details
Acts2Thrive is a physician-led, Christ-centered wellness membership for growth-oriented adults who want structure, accountability, supportive community, and integrative medical insight — without the overwhelm of trying to “fix everything at once.”
In 2026, YOU choose your Domain of Focus (see below) and go at your own pace as you walk along the corresponding step-by-step growth path. Our domain-specific growth paths are housed in a robust, easy-to-use online portal and are supported by regular live (virtual) Traction Sessions, as well as discussion spaces.
The Five Domains of Fitness (and why they matter)
Inside Acts2Thrive, you’ll hear us talk about Spiritual, Emotional, Physical, Relational, and Visional Fitness—five domains that together shape and determine your overall heath and wellness.
What you’ll learn and what you’ll gain…

The Growth Path
(Coming February 2026 after January's "New Year Wellness Reset")
1: Take the Acts2Thrive Wellness Assessment
You’ll get a snapshot of how you’re doing in each of the five domains right now—spiritually, emotionally, physically, relationally, and “visionally”. This gives you a starting point and helps you see progress over time.
2: Choose your Domain of Focus
Maybe your spiritual life feels dry or your emotions are all over the place. Perhaps your body is screaming for attention or your relationships seem fragile. Maybe you’re struggling to see how your calling and purpose fit into this season — whatever the situation, your experiences, preferences and challenges will dictate where you start.
You’ll choose one domain to focus on first, knowing you can circle back to others later.
3: Move along a simple four‑stage Growth Path at your own pace
Each domain has the same structure, adapted to its focus:
-
Discovery – A video series that teaches what the domain is, key concepts, and associated high-leverage practices
-
Immersion – Experiential challenges and reflections that let you “sample” new ways of being and help you actually feel what’s possible.
-
Deliberate Practice & Experimentation – A guided focus on one specific skill in your chosen domain with encouragement and check-ins, so change starts to feel possible and real.
-
Habit Formation & Flow – Ongoing support to “wire in” habits and help protect you from the “start strong, fizzle out” pattern so you truly embody a new way of living.
At every stage, you know exactly what to do next—and you never walk it alone.
There is no such thing as being behind. Many members dip in and out of live participation around real‑life crises—grief, surgery, caregiving—and still see tangible growth over time.

What You Get When You Join
Here's What's Included in the Acts2Thrive Membership:
A Wellness Assessment (at baseline and at intervals), so you can see how your scores across the 5 Domains are changing over time.
A Robust Online Membership Portal with five core modules—one for each Domain of Fitness—so you can dive into the specific area you’re ready to grow. It also contains past trainings, replays of our live (virtual) sessions, and discussion spaces accessible on your schedule; organized so you can find what you need quickly.
Step-by-Step Growth Paths in each domain that show you where to start, how to progress, and how to know you’re growing. **Coming Feb 2026**
Bi‑Weekly Live “Traction Sessions” (Zoom):
-
Roughly every two weeks, you can hop on a live call (or catch the replay) to:
-
Get help gaining traction in your growth path
-
Bring questions to the Ask the Doc segment
-
Get support in the Nutrition Q&A portion
-
-
These sessions are where real‑life roadblocks get addressed through live interaction.
Community & Discussion Spaces: Inside the portal, you’ll find discussion areas where members share progress & wins, wrestle with questions, ask for prayer, and encourage each other. **Coming Feb 2026**
Quarterly “Reflection & Recalibration Sessions” are an opportunity to re-focus. We help you reflect on your journey and make adjustments where needed.
Quarterly In‑Person Opportunities: For those who can attend, in-person gatherings deepen relationships, spark breakthroughs, and reinforce what you’re learning.
Each of these pieces is valuable on its own. Together, they create a framework for the kind of steady, sustainable transformation most people never experience.

Why This Works When Willpower Doesn't
Acts2Thrive is different from most programs because:
-
You focus effort, instead of fragmenting it. You pick one domain that will make the biggest difference right now.
-
You work with your brain, not against it. The stages along the Growth Paths and micro-habits respect how habits actually form over time.
-
You’re never left alone with your good intentions. Live sessions and discussion spaces give you encouragement, troubleshooting, and accountability.
-
You grow at your own pace. Acts2Thrive is no longer a fixed 12-month program. Members now move through their chosen domain’s growth path at a pace that honors their season.
-
You harness the healing power of caring community and other evidence-based strategies for promoting life-giving transformation that lasts.
Change stops being something you “try really hard to do” and starts becoming the way you live.
