The Acts2Thrive Program
~ Enrollment Open ~
PHA is an integrative holistic medical practice specializing in a whole-person approach to women’s health. But we know that medical and surgical intervention is incomplete if one is not taking significant measures to build a “disease-resistant”, prevention-oriented life.
PHA’s founders, Drs. Susan & Uthman Cavallo, felt called to develop a system outside of the delivery of our medical care to help achieve this and, thus, the Acts2Thrive Program was born.
Acts2Thrive (A2T) is a 12-month program focusing on personal growth & development, health & wellness, and group support. It’s designed to guide both women and men toward steady progress in five key “Domains of Wellness” to...
-
support your healing journey,
-
harness your body’s ability to heal itself,
-
and empower you to thrive.

-
Harnessing the transformative, healing power of authentic community
Program Structure:
The program is built around three main rhythms
1- The “Traction Cycle”:
-
Over the course of a year, we will progress through five “growth modules” where we teach our core curriculum in all 5 Domains of Fitness.
-
Roughly every two weeks, there will be a session focused on high-leverage skills essential to the Domain that we are currently studying.
-
At the end of each growth module, we will summarize the high-leverage skills that were discussed and encourage you to continue to practice them until they become automatic.
-
Through the traction cycle, members will receive education and then engage in activities and challenges designed to help integrate these practices into daily life until they become a new way of living.
2- Weekly Support: Dr. Uthman Cavallo (OB/GYN) and/or Dr. Susan Hart-Cavallo (Internist) will host at least one of the following nearly every week to support the traction cycle and as a venue for providing integrative holistic medical education and support.
-
Domain-Specific Coaching
-
Ask the Doc: Open ended Q&A time
-
Themed Q&A: Past topics have included infertility/miscarriage, hormones, endometriosis, etc
-
Nutritional Support Group: Q&A and trouble-shooting challenges related to healthy eating
3- Regular Spiritual Development:
-
Bible Study every other Wednesday led by Drs. Cavallo
-
TAAS University: Men’s accountability group every other alternating Wednesday led by Dr. Uthman Cavallo
There will be other supplemental events, workshops, gatherings, and opportunities, but above are the main rhythms that make up the structural backbone of Acts2Thrive.
“Traction Cycle” & Weekly support sessions are typically held via Zoom so that they are accessible for both busy locals & long-distance members. Recordings are posted on our membership portal.
Note: Program details may change as we continue to make improvements.
