* WE ARE RELOCATING (Effective 7/13/26)
Physicians HolisticHealth Alliance (PHA) will be closed for relocation 7/2 - 7/10.
During this time, calls will be forwarded to our answering service. Dr. Cavallo will be handling all urgent matters and our team will be monitoring non-urgent/administrative messages as we are able that Monday-Thursday.
Beginning July 13, 2026, we will resume regular operations and see patients at our new location in downtown Elkhart.
