Physicians HolisticHealth Alliance (PHA) has officially moved to our new location: 116 W Jackson Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46516.

We will continue to operate as an independent organization, providing the same care you are accustomed to, now in our new space inside the RETA Clinic building, on the 2nd floor.

We do not yet have our sign installed, so when you approach our address:

• Look for the "RETA Clinic" sign on the building.

• Enter the lobby and proceed to the staircase or elevator to get to the 2nd floor.

• There, you will see our lobby and check-in area.

 

When using a GPS: Be sure that it shows our Elkhart address. If it still shows the old South Bend address, you will need to type our new address in manually.
