Our FREE Awareness Activation Challenge is designed for growth-hungry individuals who are either fed up with the status quo or simply craving a change.

Instead of scattering your efforts across too many goals, you’ll finish with a clear “domain” of focus and an invitation to a practical path for gaining traction this year.

Who is this for?

This Challenge is For You If...

  • You’re restless with the status quo and itching for change—afraid of spending another year in the same place—but you don’t know where to start.

  • You’ve tried to make big changes before—pursuing goals around personal growth, health, and transformation—but for a variety of reasons, you weren’t able to make much progress.

  • You feel pulled in a dozen directions—family, friends, work, church, health, projects, hobbies, etc—and you don’t want to spend another year feeling overwhelmed.

  • You’re riding a fresh wave of momentum and want to channel it into real personal growth, yet are unsure about the next right step and need a clear path forward.

  • A simple picture of what it could look like to build a foundation for lasting change in that area this year.

  • An invitation to a practical path for gaining traction with Acts2Thrive in 2026.

How the Challenge Works

What is A2T?

This experience, facilitated by Dr. Uthman Cavallo & Dr. Susan-Hart-Cavallo, takes place over the course of seven days.

7-Day Awareness Activation Challenge

For Days 1-5, you’ll receive a short daily email inviting you into a simple, 5-10 minute awareness exercise for the day:

 

  • Day 1 – Spiritual, through a Christ-centered lens
     

  • Day 2 – Emotional
     

  • Day 3 – Physical
     

  • Day 4 – Relational
     

  • Day 5 – Visional

 

These are not burdensome tasks. They’re small invitations to notice & reflect on what’s already happening.

 

Day 6  Get Your Wellness Score

  • First, answer a few short reflection questions for each domain

  • Second, take the Acts2Thrive Wellness Assessment (usually reserved only for A2T Members).

 

This gives you a clear, concrete picture of your current five‑domain wellness level so you are better prepared to discern a “Domain of Focus” on Day 7.

Day 7  Choose Your "Domain of Focus"

You'll watch a powerful "Clarity & Next Steps" training where Drs. Cavallo gathered with participants for:

  • An engaging discussion to help participants identify which Domain needs their attention first for this next season.



  • And to show you what it could look like to walk out that Focus as a member of Acts2Thrive.

 

By the end of this video, we believe you will leave with more clarity and inspiration for next steps.
