We designed this package to help both men and women combat the negative effects of stress by learning to stress better!
Through this process, you will be introduced to 2-3 evidence-based resilience-building tools and begin to understand how to use them effectively within the context of your own life.
You will leave with effective methods for leveraging stress to increase your quality of life rather than decrease it.

1 Relaxation and Mindfulness Session with HolisticHealth Coach, Mary Labuzienski, to learn and practice relaxation methods and stress management tools.
She will lead you through a guided experience using stress management tools geared toward mindfulness training and inducing the body’s Relaxation Response: a physiological state where your body releases good, health-driving chemicals.
Training in Relaxation: Learning to “switch on” your body’s Relaxation Response is essential for shifting your body from the disease-driving state of poorly managed stress to the disease-fighting/recovery mode.
Training in Mindfulness: Learning mindfulness turns on your awareness. You can’t change what you’re not aware of. With her exercise physiology background and training in mind/body medicine, Mary will help train your attention so that you have the capacity to consistently show up “now”. You will develop the skill of paying attention to how you are interacting with life and how life is affecting you. Being present helps you notice when you are about to enter unhealthy patterns or reactions and choose to respond differently.
You will learn and experience the benefits of these exercises and practices for yourself.
1 Yoga Class to experience a powerhouse resilience-building practice that will further help you cultivate mindfulness and relaxation.
Our Yoga Instructor, Roxie Sweikar, MSW, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, uses her wealth of training and experience to craft purposeful sequences designed to focus your attention, enhance mental and physical resilience, relieve tension, and promote deep rest.
She is an attentive instructor and happily accommodates different body types and fitness levels. She fosters a non-judgmental atmosphere for men and women alike and emphasizes growth, not perfection.
Combining the breathing and postures of yoga with her calm and supportive teaching style, Roxie creates a nurturing environment that will help you clear your mind and regain balance as you tone and strengthen your body.
1 Next Steps Coaching Session with HolisticHealth Coach, Daryl Kane Reid, to discover how to best apply these tools to your life.
One of the ways Daryl will collaborate with you is to help you develop a personalized next step, drawing from your two previous encounters.
Most people can take in useful information but they struggle with implementing it. The purpose of this coaching session is to help you gain immediate traction in building resilience by discovering how to incorporate the new knowledge into your current life.
Daryl will help you explore any unhealthy or minimally effective stress-relievers and exchange them for those that are more helpful and provide a long-term positive benefit.
She will also help you discover the inner fuel required to make sustainable change.
This last session helps you take the awareness you’ve gained, amplify it, and use it to build your ability to make decisions one moment at a time. This will help you start walking in a different direction and begin to change your life for the better.
