Our Strategic Eating class will do just that—help you channel that new awareness and determination into practical next steps.
This class will equip you with two specific tools. First, Dr. Susan Hart-Cavallo will reveal an effective strategy for building meals designed to:

Improve mood and more...
After this short, interactive tutorial there will be ample time for questions and answers.
Next, Dr. Hart-Cavallo will lead you through a hands-on experience putting these strategies into practice by reading food labels, balancing macronutrients, and designing meal plans together.
No two classes are ever the same because meals are designed in real time with you, the participant, in mind.

Susan Hart-Cavallo, MD, is a board-certified physician practicing integrative holistic internal medicine. She has extensive experience in using nutrition and supplements to help treat and prevent disease. She is passionate about empowering people to heal themselves.
This class is part two of our Integrative Nutrition Class Series and builds on concepts outlined in Foundations of Nutritional Healing class and prior attendance of that class is a prerequisite for attendance of this class.
