Vinyasa Flow Yoga: 6-Week Series
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a style of yoga in which the movements are aligned and linked with the breath, creating a dynamic flow from posture to posture. This style of yoga teaches us to cultivate an awareness that links each action with the next.
By getting into a flow with our movements, we begin to turn off the endless chatter of the mind and connect better with the present moment.

Yoga Instructor, Roxie Sweikar, MSW, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, will lead you through a Vinyasa Flow class which will incorporate Sun Salutations blended with grounding and balancing postures. This class will challenge you to stay present, witness the breath, and build stamina from the continuous movement.
Prior yoga experience is recommended. If you are pregnant or suffering from an illness or injury, please consult with the instructor to be certain this class is right for you.
