It was really interesting, I’ve been a nurse for 30+ years and this is information I never heard of before. It was really—wow!

Maintaining a healthy gut is the best thing you can do for your overall health and disease prevention. Everything you eat affects the health of the gut.

I really liked the last class where the medical staff demonstrated what they did in their own kitchens and how they cooked for their families.

Dr. Susan is a great teacher. She explains complicated material in a simple way so you can understand it.

Part 2: Restoring Digestive Health from Top to Bottom

Find out how to restore your body’s heavyweight health-promoting system…the gut!

Dr. Susan will lead you through a detailed nutritional protocol designed to restore gut function, correct (often hidden) nutritional deficiencies, restore immunity, and boost your body’s natural detoxification process.

During class, we will dive into the specifics of the multi-staged healing plan, hitting on topics such as:

  • The 3 key components of gut-healing (aka “The 3-Legged Stool”)

  • Insights about dairy (and the reasons for and against it)

  • Preferred sweeteners and sweeteners to avoid (with the reason why)

  • The truth about beans

  • A discussion of healthful, anti-inflammatory vs. unhealthful, pro-inflammatory foods

  • The best probiotics

  • Several tasty recipes…and more!

I loved the second class because it talked about the program more specifically and it explained each of the stages...

Over the weekend I cleared out my fridge so now I only have the foods I should eat right in front of me....

I’ve always known that I could heal my body, but now that I have a better understanding of the program, I really know I can.

Part 3: Q&A and Cooking Demonstrations

After having time to read over your notes, reflect on what you’ve learned and start putting it into practice, you will have an opportunity to return and ask your questions.

Dr. Susan and Andrea will also lead cooking demonstrations and you will leave with even more recipes to take home.

When we sampled everything and you saw how to make it, I think that was more or less what made me like "ok, this is doable."

The third class enlightened me as to how easy it can be preparing healthy foods that are tasty without a whole lot of effort.

I must tell you, when I left after that third class, I went straight to the store and started buying ingredients.
