What’s the advantage of purchasing the Thriving Through Pregnancy Package?
Guaranteed a spot in each class.
Automatically pre-registered.
I’m not pregnant, can I still attend? Can I bring someone with me?
You do not need to be pregnant to attend. You may bring another person provided they have pre-paid and pre-registered. (With the exception of our Lamaze class where the labor support person may attend free of charge.)
What if I buy the package and can’t attend some of the classes?
Thriving Through Pregnancy classes are offered on a rotating basis. You may attend at the next scheduled time, provided you give notice of 24 hours or more for cancellation.
I want to attend but I can’t make any of the classes. Is there any way I can get the information?
Unfortunately, at this time we can only offer classes on Thursdays at 1 pm, but in the future, we’re hoping to make them more accessible. If you’d like to provide feedback, email pha@caringforthewholeyou.com with suggestions.
How do I register?
Call the office in advanced (574-273-3880). Class size is limited so be sure to plan ahead.
Can I buy this for someone as a gift?
Yes! You may gift the entire package or individual classes. When purchasing, just let us know. You can pick up the gift certificate or we can mail it to you or the recipient.
Do I have to be a PHA patient to attend?
No. Classes are open to all who are preparing for a new baby!
Who are the presenters?
Members of our lifestyle medicine team. PHA’s founders, Drs. Uthman and Susan Cavallo, led a practice-wide collaboration to develop the material we’ll be bringing to you in these classes. PHA’s holistic prenatal education is grounded in the combined expertise of our integrated medical team of MDs, nurse practitioners, our whole food nutritionist, exercise physiologist, nurses, and HolisticHealth & wellness coaches.
What's your refund policy?
Payment is non-refundable and due at the time of scheduling. If you cancel with notice of 24 hours or more, your payment will be retained as a credit toward any of our HolisticHealth Services. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a forfeiture of payment.
Do you have a payment plan for the Thriving Through Pregnancy package?
Not at this time, however, classes may be purchased individually.
What makes PHA’s pregnancy and childbirth classes different from others?
These pregnancy classes provide a unique blend of medical expertise and integrative HolisticHealth strategies, not offered anywhere else in the community.
What happens if I can’t attend due to weather, emergencies, etc?
You may attend at the next scheduled class date.
If I buy the package do I still have to pre-register for each class?
No. When you purchase the package, we automatically register you for all classes.
What happens if PHA cancels class?
You will be contacted in the case of class cancellation due to inclement weather, power outages, or other unplanned circumstances. We will make every effort to provide a make-up class in a timely fashion.
