What Does the Coaching Process Look Like?
HolisticHealth Coaches help you develop an inspiring and energizing wellness vision that is vital to sustaining behavior change.
The hope and insight created by crafting an energizing vision of what life could be, overcoming obstacles, and discovering doable next steps fuels motivation.
Positive motivation fuels action. You start practicing those next steps and life begins to change.
Change happens when you can clearly see the next step forward and you truly believe that it is possible and achievable.
Coaches get to know you, the individual—your unique gifts, talents, abilities, and strengths—your innate tools.
Your coach will help you draw out and amplify your innate strengths...
...and then use them to help you effectively clear away all that is not part of the vision for your life.
Clients come back feeling amazing because they were able to do something that made change start to happen. The coach collaborates with them to rekindle their hope, which reignites their positive motivation and energy.
Clients continue working toward the next set of goals, things that feel possible, then return to share their experiences, mark progress, and figure out next steps.
After a while, you will get the rhythm. You will learn the rhythm of change—learn how to ignite your own hope to fuel your own motivation—and you won’t need the coach anymore.
Your HolisticHealth Coach works with you until new ways of thinking and relating to life become automatic processes, until the new habits are truly part of who you are.

How Can I Work with a Coach?
The requirements are different for everyone. You can schedule one appointment at a time or purchase a 3-session HolisticHealth Coaching Package.
Many people experience lasting impact with just 3-6 coaching sessions at 2-3 week intervals.

So, a great way is to start is with one of our targeted HolisticHealth Packages:
For example, if losing weight is your goal and you struggle with consistency, you would likely benefit from the Integrative Nutrition Package followed by a Coaching Package.
If decreasing the feeling of chaos in your life and building resilience is your goal, you would likely benefit from the Stress Better Package followed by a Coaching Package.
